In February this year, our Director and Easy Read subject matter expert, Ruby Yee, delivered our full-day Easy Read advanced workshop to a wonderful group of staff and volunteers at the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne (ADOM).

After taking part in our Easy Read training, Reverend Ian Hennebry shared, "I really enjoyed the Easy Read course. It was great to be taught by Ruby Yee, who is an expert in this field and an excellent presenter and facilitator. I appreciated the interactive and problem-solving approach, as well as the opportunity to connect with other participants. I will be putting into practice the ideas I have learned in my church bulletins and PowerPoint slides."

Director and workshop facilitator Ruby, added "I can't wait to deliver ADOM's strategy documents in Easy Read now. We've been working hard behind the scenes to develop some really accessible, clear and easy-to-follow documents for the large community of people with communication support needs who are tied to the Church."

Working with Embrace Access to hone skills for preparing inclusive and accessible communications is a fantastic, fun, and impactful way to support and contribute to disability inclusion.
